As for us, we had never even heard of a Bichon Frise until 7 years ago.
One evening, while watching the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show from Madison Square Garden in New York City, we saw J.R., a Bichon Frise, win Best in Show.
He was so cute and adorable. Once we saw him, we were hooked and couldn’t wait to get one of our own.
On October 13, 2002, our dream came true when we purchased Buddy from a local, reputable Bichon Frise breeder. He turned out to be just what we were looking for.
Bichons thrive on human contact. These white fluffy dogs prefer to be with, on or around their owners at all times.

These popular dogs have been a huge part of our lives for the past 7 years. We currently own 3 of them, Buddy, Emily and Beau. Buddy is 7 years old, Emily is 3 years old and Beau is 11 months old.
